Upon arrival at your home our state licensed termite inspector will:

Draw a diagram of your home and garage.

Probe the rafters, sheathing and fascia boards around the entire home and garage. This also includes a thorough inspection of the patio. This probing will test the integrity of the wood and tell us if it is infested with termites or dryrot and fungus. This probing is also done to all other exterior wood members including window sills, window frames thresholds, doors and frames and all wood trim. We also check for loose stucco that can lead to water penetration onto the walls.

Inspect the entire attic area of your home, noting any areas of termite and dryrot / fungus infestations. We will also make you aware of any disconnected ducting, inadequate insulation, and any other adverse conditions.

Inspect the entire sub area of your home noting any areas of termite and dryrot / fungus infestations. We will also make you aware of any plumbing leaks and cracked foundations.

Inspect the interior of the home for termites and dryrot / fungus at the window frames, baseboards, door and door frames and any other exposed wood members. We also check under the sinks for dryrot / fungus, test the stall shower for leaks and check for loose toilets.

Inspect the interior of the garage for termites and dryrot / fungus.

We also make note of termite structural damage and any other adverse conditions.

You will be given a price for each finding and recommendation in writing.
